John Summers, Sales

John is a Tennessee native that has spent his career in sales. In 1981 he began a career in Hazmat equipment sales with an emphasis in after the sale technical support and training. While in this position John was honored as U.S. National Salesman of the Year two times.

In 1995 John and his wife Sandy opened and operated a residential restoration business. Under their leadership the business continued to grow and prosper until they sold it in 2004.

Roscoe Nesmith, Sales

Roscoe Nesmith, Sales

Roscoe’s rental career began in 1977 when he worked as a heavy equipment salesman in South Carolina. In 1980, he purchased a tool and equipment store in North Charleston, South Carolina. He continued to purchase rental stores and eventually owned seven equipment stores and two tent and event stores in Charleston, SC and Atlanta, GA.

In 1989, Roscoe joined Portable Air in Cocoa, FL. as manager. Under his direction, the company experienced rapid growth
and increased sales and production by more than 1000 per cent.

Trey Adkisson

Trey Adkisson

With over 25 years in residential and light commercial construction, Trey brings client & territory management expertise including operations, procurement, and vendor management experience to All American Portable Air. He has led teams with preconstruction services for several national and regional builders such as Pulte Homes, David Weekley Homes and Southern Land Company. Most recently oversaw national account programs for Actus Lend Lease, a Military Housing Privatization design/build firm. In his free time, Trey enjoys cycling, motorsports and participates as a Supervisor on Site for local Habitat for Humanity projects. Trey is focused on business development strategies and customer service to help provide the right solution to your temporary air needs.

Sandy Summers, Operations

Sandy has been involved in the disaster restoration business since growing up in a family owned restoration company.

After living in Nashville for over ten years it was apparent that the Nashville area was in need of a quality restoration business. So in 1995 Sandy and her husband John opened and operated a residential restoration company. Under their direction they built a successful business and sold it in late 2004. With their experience and knowledge in restoration they became involved in large loss structural drying, temporary climate control and rental equipment in 2005 to the present.
